I’ve just made myself a chai with a shot of salted caramel and have taken my meds. I took some prn earlier and have felt pretty foggy and weird since. Hope to be in bed soon.

• My foot is healing slowly thanks @Bow and I should be off crutches at the end of this week, then 6 more weeks in the moonboot.

Super doooper windy where I am today too! I may not leave the house for the next couple of days while this cold snap kicks in! I don't mind the cold but the wind is a bit much.
