I tried @tyme. I guess that’s a plus.
Yeah I do have a fever.
Im too sick for a walk but I’ve listened and I’ve come to sit outside. It’s actually a nice sunset. It’s cold out though. Probably a good thing.
If you have time can we keep chatting?

I was stupid enough to order all the floral ones. @Snowie. I noticed that there was a tweety bird one but after I did my order.Ill have a look for it at Kmart when I go on holidays.
What books did you download? I’m reading the John Farnham book. I also have Spare and the Jimmy Barnes book.

That must be hard @tyme with even a hairdressers appointment being uncomfortable.
D is getting assessed for ADHD in a couple of weeks. She has some of the signs but is highly intelligent. I mean extremely smart. But they say Albert Einstein had it...
I hope you can get an appt. soon with the pdoc to get assessed.

@Captain24 , reframing takes practice, and probably not the type of thing to practise when the world just sucks lol. Maybe when things are a little better, then we can practice it together?

I'm dragging it out actually because I'm sort of wanting but not wanting to know @Snowie
I read this: https://www.abc.net.au/news/health/2024-12-18/adhd-medication-study-symptoms-acceptable-effective-tr...
I also read this: https://www.abc.net.au/news/2024-12-13/barriers-to-adhd-diagnosis-highlight-a-broken-system/10469026...
Let's see if things change before I get an appointment.

I wouldn't say it's stupid @Captain24 I'd say it's smart. Only have to pay for one lot of postage!!!
I saw the new lego Fountain Garden that I might buy 😁and they have a mini orchid too.
@tyme there is something seriously wrong with our health care system, especially with Mental Health.
I also think that there is so much still unknown with ADHD.

It cost me a little bit @tyme! But I guess it’s only money.
I have to tighten my belt with going away. I have to pay for most of it.
Reframing help would be good.I can do it sometimes but not good enough. Right now I can’t think clearly though. There’s only one thought on my mind and I’m not in the place to reframe it correctly.
I just went inside for a second and it feels sickly in there. There’s a nice breeze out here. It’s actually cool instead of hot.
I must have missed a conversation somewhere. Have you decided to get tested for ADHD?

@Captain24 opps forgot to answer
I've read John Farnham's and Spare. Both were really good.
Haven't read Jimmy Barnes one. You will have to tell me what it's like.
I'm reading a book called Daughters of Warsaw. A biography and about WW2. Two of my favourite topics!!
