Hey @Jynx. I’m home. It’s a relief. They were concerned but have decided that it’s just indigestion.
How are you ?

Glad you're back home @Captain24! What's on for the evening after all that?

Yo, indigestion is GNARLY @Captain24 and I have heard many a tale similar to yours. I think it's always better, when it comes to our ticker, to be safe than sorry!!
I'm not too shabby! Managed to get over to the pet store this morning, forgot to take my meds beforehand, got overwhelmed whilst in there, and skedaddled pretty quickly 😅 But I got the main thing I needed so it's all good!
You best be keeping it chill the rest of the day! Teehee what you up to?

Apparently indigestion is a major sign of heart attack in females. @Jynx.
I’ll get the script tomorrow. I don’t have my car right now. It’s still at work.
At least you got what you had to get and didn’t need to bail before that. I hope you have taken them now!!
Im just sitting in the lounge. I’ve washed my work clothes as it’s so hot here that it should dry before dark.
There was a guy in ED that had tried to end his life. He came in and was talking bug they had to sedate him. They need to get him airlifted to Sydney and put in intensive care. That may not save him though. He regretted what he had done when he was talking. I know him. It’s a little rattling. It’s pretty scary though. It was kinda eye opening.

Oh wow, good to know @Captain24!!
Oh that's so hectic hun, I imagine that's left you feeling pretty shooketh! Chill arvo ahead for sure I hope! Sounds like it's been a bit confronting but, got you pondering? Anything you'd wanna unpack or potentially pop it aside, since you've had such an emotionally taxing morning!

It got me thinking @Jynx. What if I try and then regret it and call for help? It’s a final decision. He had had an argument with his wife then did it in the spur the moment. I know mine has been brewing and is different. It is getting really bad. But it now scares me either way.

@Captain24 aye, I imagine it brings it all into 'the real' kinda thing. But like you said, it is different for you - and you have a superb track record of reaching out and being vocal when things are getting super dark for you. I think you can trust in yourself more than you may realise 😊
