Thanks for the suggestions but with PTSD, extreme anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and trying to isolate myself my car is about the only place I can manage.

I'm in Melbourne, and have to be assessed by the CAT team before I know what they will do with me.

Thursday next week...,I told them yesterday how bad things have become. They agree the MHU doesn't provide adequate support. They are looking into other options. I don't know what that maybe but it scares me

Hi @hiddenite
So great to see you back online. I haven't been on for a couple of days & I was just having a look back on some of your posts from the previous days.
You have made some wonderful progress just over such a small time:
- accepted and been open to caring comments from members
- have written notes for the catt team
- went to the gp a few times
- asked your GP about PARC (while it didn't work out - exploring options is a big step!)
- Drove to ED
- have come back here and connected with members
& I just read a great one - you told CAT team how bad things have become.
I just wanted to give you big props for all of those things. I think you have done really well.
Nik

On another note @hiddenite - where did you come up with your username? It's a type of gem or stone, isn't it?

Hiddenite is a healing crystal.
Hiddenite encourages growth. It supports new beginnings, helps focus on the present. Helps relieve injustices of the past. Relieves anxiety for the future. Provides support and protection for the emotions. Relieves loss. It is a very calming stone, and helps with compassion for others. It is supposed to help connect with others, transfer knowledge from them and bring insight.
Thanks for asking... I need all the help I can get.....

All that stuff interests me so much.. You probably could teach me a lot more about crystals!
Do you have any other types of crystals that are special to you?
The moderation period is almost finishing up for tonight.
Can you please continue to look after yourself tonight? You're doing a great job of it so far.
Obviously you're welcome to stay on the forums. Perhaps reading other non -triggering threads might be helpful?
Also if things do escalate more, please contact people who can support you. Just in case you don't have them handy:
Lifeline 13 11 14 or crisis support chat
Suicide call back service: 1300 659 467 or online counselling
The CAT team or 000
Remember - lots of people here care for you.
Looking forward to seeing you online again soon.
Nik
