Hi, some good suggestions already on here. I have fatty liver too and I try to avoid drinking alcohol, but it is hard, particularly when out socialising.
I do like drinking out of beautiful wine glasses though, so I put my juice (half juice and half water) in a pretty glass to drink out of. It makes me feel special. Try to add more water into your diet, so put water into everything you drink, if you can. Occasionally I have a glass of wine, but I put half cold water in it and it still tastes good.

That's a great idea, having a special glass for a special drink. Because I need to feel special.
I agree, I find it difficult not to drink socially...I'm going to have to come up with alternatives.
