He will make us take the dogs out most weekends now and is trying extra hard to do all these things but I feel like it's so forced because he's read up on all this stuff about how depressed people need exercise and to get outside blah blah blah. And all I want to do is lay down and be miserable. It's all just too hard. I appreciate that he's trying but I feel like it's just a matter of time before he realises I'm a dud of a human being and is better off without me dragging him down. Anyway I don't want to drag you into my crappy pathetic mood. Outlander you have enough on your plate as it is. I'm sick of my own thoughts I'm so pathetic, if I was someone else I'd tell me to shut the F up and enjoy my fantastic life. I do not deserve to be here

Even if you dont feel like eating mske it a goal to have your three meals a day. Thats also another form of control for you. @Former-Member

I dont think she would bully you. She knows shes in the wrong and if she does do what she did to you go to your superiors. You don't need to put up with that shite.
If your ok at work thats a good distraction for you. I remember you saying that you like your job and gives you a sense of self worth. And i think thats great and also your awesome for being in that job as well!
