i am sorry you have had such a tough year, i have too and my excercise has suffered, i am into the sun type of vitamin D too . i try to get mine of a weekend out gardening, yes it can be really challenging living in the country, i struggle with it as i am a city person

Hi @NikNik. Partner is over there with headphones on now. We may end up at a friend's place for dinner tomorrow or the next day. A beach visit or two. That's the extent of the plans so far.

I am a city person too @Jacques - I used to live in a capital city too - I am not too rural - it is about an hour and 45 minutes back there - I see my psychiatrist there. I have a few friends I catch up with when I go to see my psychiatrist. Psychiatrists are very expensive until you reach the Medicare levy or whatever it.is called - thankfully I have reached that now this year and now only have to pay $40 out of pocket compared to apx $160 at the start of the year.... Yes, in your thread you wrote some about how the mental health system in Australia fails people - I believe it does too.... Thoughts for another day. @NikNik I loved playing wa or wd 🙂

I'm glad you enjoy gardening. We will make a garden here eventually. I enjoy gardening too. I even did as a child. One of few happy memories of childhood. Although I don't remember it very well as I have had ECT....
