Guess it might have been noisy for you with the car races ?
How have things been going ?
Gone further back into my shell here. not drinking again.drank twice in October, once on 1st and a few days ago. I was drinking on most days. Was normal for me. anyway not beating myself up for doing it again the other day. will see how far can go with it again now.
