Hi @SmilingGecko nice to hear from you. Weight loss is going ok. Had lost 2 kgs after 1 month of really hard work. But have had a few celebrations ( food orientated ) to attend and not feeling great. Also a big decrease in exercise since starting new job - feeling really exhausted and a little flat.
It is nice though that we don't have rain today x

Your weightoss was a big achievement @Former-Member Don't worry you will lose it again so dont feel discouraged. I have yet to weigh myself but my shape has changed! I feel better after exercise prior to that didn't feel so good. You do notice how you feel: physically fit vs not physically fit. I'd rather be this way. You'll get your mojo on, but I know it may feel disappointing right now with all the end of year celebrations and indulgence!
