Gosh really @Snowie ... international Day of Happiness ... how ironic.
My psych asked me to think of happy things from my past and or present last time I saw her. That was a couple of weeks ago now. I could not think of anything then, and quite frankly there is even less now. I know there are happy thoughts and memories in this head of mine ... somewhere. I just have to try harder to find them, recall them, focus on them.
Looking after myself? Ummm .. already been to the shops in the 7-8am time slot today. Nothing on the shelves ... again. No toilet paper, I got the second last pack of 'flushable wipes'. I hope not to have to use them, but got them as a backup ... just in case. Ha ha ... backup. Thats what is likely to happen if you do flush those so-called flushable wipes. Despite the name .. the advice is ... dont flush them. So I will keep trying to find toilet paper, in a small town whose supermarket shelves have been ravaged by shopping 'terrorists' (as I like to call them) from the city.
So this afternoon I hope to do some craft (diamond painting) and maybe listen to an audible book. Easier on my eyes than actual reading. I hope everyone can make the most of their respective days.
Sherry 💕

I feel the same way, very ironic @Former-Member but trying hard to think happy thoughts in all of this upheavel, mess and hoarders!
Its a shame people are going to extreme lengths when it is not necessary.
I hope the craft and audible book goes wel.
Going to try and tackle the shops with outreach worker soon. Hmm, will see how that goes.
