@Ant7  sorry Ant7 went back to bed so sleepy. I am feeling pretty okay atm. Looking forward to seeing pdoc tomorrow and discussing with her all my baggage I have been holding onto for years.. What have you got on today other than catching up with much needed sleep 🙂

@greenpea  I am very quiet today take it as it comes I guess. I am feeling a bit down I am not to bad I think having the dog put down had bought up some stuff and it is a bit how you going. I will be ok ❤️
