Do you have bipolar disorder @DownMoreThanUp ? Don’t answer if you don’t want to. I do - type 1. Lots of chores today getting done. I’m hypomanic. Well such is life and MI. Have to do physio exercises for f.., back. Then do a Spanish lesson, water pots and plants not on irrigation system. 27 degrees here today and sunny. Beautiful. Love autumn and spring. You have an ok day.

@MeowmyThanks. i've been struggling a bit with anger today, been some bad days, although good has also been.
@GezzaP i have been diagnosed with schizo effective disorder and P.T.S.D. However if would be allowed name my condition i would say multi-polarised - bi-polar do not cut my conditions very well. Personal i think my condition is more schizophrenic in nature, for i remember psychotic episodes from as young as 4-5 years of age, and my childhood trauma memories suppress all these years reveal the same insight. In my opinion the bi-polar characteristics are mainly trauma/trigger/psychotically driven, rather than some other psychical illness.
@StuF @MissGremlin @Bunniekins
i used that have major hypo-mania. Today the racing thoughts and insomnia have remained, but the mania has long since gone. Never missed it much for all the fun i could also have. Such a state can be so unreal, especially when the depression hits hard afterwards.
Meds keep it under control, but it is always the first thing that comes back going off, in a bad way too. My wife and me both agree that manic has been my most visible state before from we realised i was mentally ill. (i used to work on all kind of crazy projects, spending a lot of money doing so. Many young people i worked with used to call me geriatric just for fun of the contradiction, for i was so purpose driven talking 100 miles a hour.😁)
