Well done @Judi9877 😀

Re: Good Morning!

Hello @TAB went for a 20 minute walk today. I am feeling physically fitter.  I put it down to Earthing and a supplement I take that boosts vitality. So here I am giving you some encouragement to walk as you have given me!  I think the way I'm going will be walking up to 30 minutes a day.

I dont know how that translates into paces. I know you have a watch thingy that registers how many paces you do.  You'll have to get that orthotic organised then you will be set.

I had to buy some walking shoes a month ago and they are so light and cushion my feet. It has some kind of foam in it that sits snugly around your feet. My other shoes had had it.

Anyway may get going. I did some washing today, made a wrap sandwich and will enjoy my siesta

Re: Good Morning!

Sounds like you're doing well @SmilingGecko in la la land here catching up on sleep. I dont walk quickly. I used to rely on volume. 20-30 mins was me getting back into things . It can be enough but more prob has more benefit.
