Good. @tonys  am staying up . its night 4 of 40 deg week lol ..45 tomoz ..house bearing up amazingly well after a few tune ups since been here lol. not had to break new pool out , can get away without window rattlers have realise, but have them already, so notso permanent mounting mabes.

If your keeping 45 c   at bay then your doing a lot of things right  @TAB .  It got to 39 c  0n the farm a few times but thats it.  I have an underground rom under the  the house for storms and such.  Turns out its the spot,  when its hot'     Sits between 18 and 24 year round.  I have no Idea why underground rooms aren't mandatory.   Cool   and  silent.   and  no energy bills. . .  Oh  wait a minute,   thats  why...

no worries @tonys  enjoy your bunker. they are called dugouts in Coober Pedy .. some are pretty flash ... I stayed in one on 6 day bender early 90s ..walk into enclosed verandah from track. in side of hill  like at least 3 400 mm plus shafts to top of hill

was normal house inside . except people. lolo. oh and no windows lol
