No don't want to inflict my problems on anyone tonight,never been a drinker but have had a few beers...Out of character for me to try and calm me.My anxiety has been high this week beating my depression feel like I have a g** to my head,and getting that way where I wish I did...Nothing's worth it.Had a really bad day.Not going back to psychologist realise it's all a load of crap.No faith anymore.
