@Shaz51 with my late parents' stuff I had to take it slowly... maybe too slowly as I still haven't finished. It takes time to process all the feelings.

Maybe a good thing re: your sleep test @Shaz51 - I imagine it would not necessarily give accurate results right now since you're neck deep in the grief process.
