Also wondering if this means my doctor might have been wrong. She said I should see a physio for my knees, then when I said I can't afford it she started talking about a plan she could refer me to and then said "oh but you're using that on the mental health instead." 
I thought it was a bit strange that mental health and physio would be under the same category but I just assumed all specialist services must be combined.

This site is so much more informative than the services I have been to!

Hi @Emz. I write the questions I have down, and present the list to my GP. Sometimes at the start of the consult if I need the answer straight away, other times at the end, and she hands me her replies or discussed the issues at the next consultation. I am also a friend of 'DrGoogle', who generally gives me lots of answers to consider.
