@eth I really feel for you, as finding a good fit with trauma counselling is so important, but really tricky. I think it’s important to grieve loss, whatever way it visits and leaves.
We are here with and for you @eth . Never any need to apologise, a thread is only a thread because of the input each one of us puts into it. 💕💕💕

@eth Hi eth and thank you for tagging me in the thread. It is tough I know only too well..... just not having face to face is so hard so not seeing your psych for many months will be very difficult indeed. We all are of course here for you whatever way we can help. Have faith eth your psych will be back in November and she will hopefully find somone in the interim to have sessions with you. Love peaxx

Thanks a lot @greenpea and @CheerBear
We're having our Easter feaster later this afternoon so I'm going now to join the prep.
Hearing you about being distanced from your special people CheerBear. Take care lovely. I know it's a challenge keeping the day special for kiddles when feeling the feels you describe.
xoxo

@CheerBear It’s a really grey day today for you. I get that you miss them more, and Mr distance. I’m hearing you. 💜💜💜
I was was going to ring bro, but thought twice. If I come on too strong he will vanish, so walking a distance behind in ways. I will wait for him to ring, Easter is just another day in his life, nothing special at all.
I started on a slide downward, so I’ve backed off from big stuff for now.
Weather here is beautiful. Another perfect autumn day.
Do whatever it takes to get through @CheerBear . 💕💕
@greenpea 👋👋👋👋 Happy Easter 🐥🐥🐣🐣💕☀️

@MaggieHearing you about your brother. I feel that way a little with my son.
What a good idea to make contacting others part of a routine. I might put it into a weekly routine rather than a daily one. The good thing about the routine part of it for me, is that it helps regulate my intense anxiety and defensiveness. I am less likely to overreact if that makes sense.
Best wishes of this season ... however you interpret it.
