Re: Relief from suffering

I agree .. which is why I did a post about "the capacity to be alone".

Yes relationships are important and loyalty is important ... but it is better not to be addicted ... because then we are not aware of ourselves or the other person ... all we can do is try ... for mindfulness ... it seems a lifelong quest.

I have feelings about favourites, my weight and my sexuality too ... it is helpful we have some outlet to be candid.

Dearest @Tight-Control

Thanks for your messages I've had and have great empathy for you. When you wrote about your Mother I felt you wrote without any underlying feelings but love
It felt very beautiful to me

Re: Relief from suffering

I'm learning to trust my instinct

And yes

Trusting my instinct helps keep me somewhat sane

And

Trusting my instinct

Helps me somewhat to have some calm and peace of manner

To stay somewhat sane

Re: Relief from suffering

I do agree to a certain extent except I know my anxiety and past experiences sometimes make my thought and feelings exaggerate the danger or risk of certain situations. Sometimes trusting my instincts and listening to my fears has left me very alone and not getting the help I needed, so I'm kind of trying to balance the situations I face, the things I want to do with trying to work out how much risk there to things... I'm not sure I'm making sense!! Sorry!

The establishment

But what establishment

Since it's been quiet here

Things have been more quiet

And since things have been more quiet

I'm happy
