@Mazarita hopefully you've had some more sleep this morning. Great to hear you made it into the shower yesterday - I've gone longer than 10 days frequently, but I often have a top and tail in the cabin in between times. It does feel good afterwards doesn't it? Especially when hair is washed too.
Yesterday was a quiet afternoon mostly. At the end of the day bro helped me set up a profile on a website for an organisation that provides 'freelance' support workers. I was really anxious about doing it for hours beforehand so it was good to get help with it. Then the 4 of us shared an amazing chicken curry that sil made (curry leaves from our garden and many other spices). That was nice. Then I had an early night and 5 sleeps overnight for a total of 9 hours sleep. That's pretty average for me in recent times.
Do you have plans for today?
@Sophia1 Hope you are having a day of less pain today. I love your long posts where you manage to engage with each person about what is going on for them. I'm trying to do the same here this morning.
@saturnzoon hope you're house hunt bears fruit soon. It's good to get to know you a bit better. I can understand how not having your own space in your home would get to you. Maybe if you contact the Tenant's Union they can explain your rights now that you are on a 'periodic lease'. I think it actually means you're entitled to 42 days notice.
Hi @Appleblossom! How is your son's driving progressing? Brave you doing the lessons yourself.
Hello @PeppiPatty a big time of change for you - hang in there. LOL about the 'guided medication'!!
@CheerBear sorry to hear about your littlie's arm diagnosis. Really hoping they recover swiftly and aren't in too much pain. Hope the housework's going to plan. I love your morning greetings.
Hi @MDT hope you have a good one today too.
@Exoplanet good luck with the fencing guy's visit and an affordable quote today. Your perseverence on this goal is amazing.
@outlander I hope today is a better one for you.
@The-red-centaur feeling for you and hoping you've managed to get some sleep.
Might be heading to the local market again this morning if sil's mother's feet are less sore than they were last night. Not really up for the crowd but it's important that I get out of the house at the moment.
Cheers everyone!

Hi @eth, on another wake-break at the moment. Will be heading back to bed again soon. May get to the beach today for a walk. We'll see if I'm awake at low tide. Also need to prepare the flat today for the aircon guy coming tomorrow to put in a new aircon unit. The old one is rusted out. Getting the place ready for him involves moving my desk, computer and all peripheral technology and cords, and unplugging for about 24 hours, so he can get at the existing unit. Fun fun fun.

@Sophia1 I love how you put a positive spin on things and point out the good stuff in my life. Sending wishes for good stuff in your life too.
@Mazarita sorry to hear the meds still haven't achieved some balance between sleep at night and being able to be awake more during the day. Good luck with unplugging everything and keeping it organised enough that it's easy to put back together after the air-con guy's been tomorrow.
How are your days looking today Maz and Sophia?

@The-red-centaur sorry to hear that you haven't slept again. How many days since you slept? Do you keep a sleep diary (I do) so you can keep track of your sleep/no sleep patterns? I have to monitor it closely. If I have 2 days of no sleep I get to my psychiatrist as soon as I can. Any more than that, if the psych couldn't see me, I'd be ringing the CATT team at the hospital. This is because I have bipolar 1 and no sleep for more than 1 day can mean onset of mania.

Sorry I have to go now @The-red-centaur Do take care of yourself, go gently, rest when you can. Even lying down with your eyes shut can help.

Mr Buddha spends 90% of his time worry and obsessing over what he is wearing and what tie colour. BUT .....he doesnt like throwing away any of his old shoes or suits.....I mean......tiny unit equals plastic boxes of old shoes and wardrobe of old suits.....
I'm going to church in a minute, thank you for the lovely morning messages......
