Re: 14th year house bound

Thank you jac-in-a-box I don't think my treating team will agree.

They still say I'm too fragile, and staying in the present and grounded while reliving the trauma is too much.

We'll see how it goes.

If mum's right or the treating team.

Oh the advitar is cute.

The sun is nice but cold winds

Re: 14th year house bound

Hi Karen

I am so glad you have your crystals with you, and your essential oils, you are safe with them, they will protect you.

Well my angel, that has to be a good memory, a little hatchling, it would shore go down as a good memory for me.

Yes keep going for walks, maybe do a bit of gardening at the holliday home, make sure you do some crosswords or mandalay or other things to keep your mind busy.

Karen just seeing you get through this will be enough for me, well maybe a little hug, if i can crouch down that far Smiley LOL

Take care my angel, remember i am always here.

Jacques

Re: 14th year house bound

Hi hide its and jacques

i also have its. My dr told me to use something like Imodeom works well for me, just need to make sure you don't take more than four tablets in 24hrs. I questioned long term use but she said it was ok. I use the dissolvable tablets. Makes it easier when I'm out. Always carry it with me. Can be bought from supermarket as well as chemist. Maybe worth ago.

Re: 14th year house bound

Hi Chris

That's what I use for the IBS I take some first thing in the morning and carry it where ever I go.

I saw a specialist and that's what they recommend. I've been using it now for 15 years.

There is still no other medical solution.

Re: 14th year house bound

Hi j.

There sure is plenty of gardening all the trees are overgrown with the wet winter we've had.

Mum said she want a couple of trees out so the can see the ocean again. Tomorrow's job.

Jacques thanks for keeping me in the present.

When I read your posts I remember to stay grounded in the present and that I am safe from him.

Just need to remember.

And seeing the plover hatch certainly was special.

Re: 14th year house bound

Karen, don't you realize, i would not be here if it was not for you, i was so close to not being here, when you found me, you saved me.

i could not give you anywhere near what you have given me, a reason to live, a good friend, a life long friend, i could not ask for more.

You will never bring me down, remember i don't have emotion.

Please feel free to vent, ask for support, anything, i will be here for you.

Re: 14th year house bound

Jacques I feel so touched by your words. You certainly challenge the belief that all men are like my husband. I have never known such kindness, someone that cares unconditionally.

I don't know how to thank you.

After being in the mhu 5 times since October, I wouldn't be here today if it wasnt for your help, guidance ,support and thoughtfulness.

I hope you get some rest tonight

Karen

Re: 14th year house bound

Karen, how are you feeling tonight?

what are your plans to get through the night?

i hope you manage some rest my angel, remember he can't hurt you, hold your teddy and your crystals tight, spray your essential oils around the room, give yourself a safe smell, keep your tablet/phone close, listen to music on it, or play some brain games on it, you can get them from the apple istore/google playstore.
