My mother has diabeties and has to watch what she eats, she found this recipie in a cook book i bought her, we have been having it ever since!!!!

I often like earth or autumn colours .. but a rainbow quilt might help us calm down with a little blue too.

yes he warmed up tonight .. I do my singing on my own .. I dont expect him to accompany me ...he went through trying to do big arias without warming up ... found it doesnt really work cutting that corner ... ah youth ... but he is learning... and he is teaching ...
I know its late .. but if he asks and has the energy for a little practise .. 20 min .. is fine ... lucky we have a garage each side of the music studio so it sound proofs our racket ... and when he is yelling it is LOUD.
We just finished.. its 10.13 EST @CherryBomband now he has hopped on piano at other end of the house.. we have 2 studios now.
as it took so many years to get him to start anything at all .. he just blocked and resisted .. now he feels he has to catch up ... I mostly let him self regulate and nudge him gently this way and that ... its better than havng him in bed day and night. I catch his inspiration and work proactively with his energy.
