Hi everyone, not sure if this belongs in here felt like the closest location however does anyone have any tips on handling depression and mental illness throught Winter I feel as though things get so so dark and bad throughout this period feeling impossible to see through?

I'm sorry to hear things have been so hard for you so far this winter.
You're the 4th person in 2 days who have shared somethingn similar. Are you referring to seasonal affective disorder (SAD)?
I don't experience SAD) myself, but one member mentioned using lamp light therapy. Do you know much about it?

I struggle with Depression that is year round however I feel as though it intensifies so much more through winter. Ive brought some LED lights also having twinkle lights. I could utilise the light on my Diffuser but it still feels verry cold and depressing 😔
