So I've been isolated for longer than I care to count to be honest. It's too depressing. But I can feel the insanity. Despite the lack of physical support like a shower being here alone so close to family yet not veining invited to any interactions is agonising. regulating emotions can be hard but at the moments it beyond excruciating. I have been listening to YouTube affirmations just to pretend someone is saying the words I wish a person would. How pathetic is that? But it's also my inner drive to fight as I am still here.
Anyway. I found this app Wysa and I've been using the free component but it's probably the most productive and helpful resource I've found like even better than calling a hotline as it actually validates and tries tools that are realistic. I assume it's an ai which is ironic cos it feels more compassionate than hotline chats. But has anyone else tried and paid. Is it worth it? anyone have any experience please tell me.
