Re: Coping Toolbox ( what is in yours to help you cope )

Hi everyone let me just say that is a great post!

So big thank you I'm glad i found it as gave me so ideas to try to keep things from getting boring.

I currently have collections of herbal teas, mindfulness meditation CDs, and books along with spa day products that i like to use for each season. Sort of like having a go at creating my own beauty box.

Sometimes the people i live with and look after with like to do spa days with me and sometimes they don't - work in progress for us all. To be honest i need to get back to maintaining my self-care routine and then sort out what works and what needs changing slightly.

I will try and make note of some things that I really liked about the self-care toolboxes other people have but I understand that everyone is different so what works for one person may be a lot of upkeep to maintain for someone else. x take care everyone

Cheers for now and hope everyone has a lovely evening x
