@outlander - it's really important to try to get some rest and sleep tonight. I know that'll be hard but if you don't tommorow you will be tired and irritated. If you need we can urge surf if you think it might help.

This pain that im thinking is in my head is really getting to me. It feels very real to me

@outlander do you have something to help you sleep?
If you were in hospital & stressed you would be given something.
It's 9:38pm here you could make a warm milk drink, no caffeine in it just milk & your meds. There is no harm in doing the right thing by your nerves & getting some rest.

I've done that a few times not add the nic name its easy to forget. Plz remember not to drink caffeine again tonite @outlander its going to keep you awake.
I drink green tea & I buy decaf as well as caffeinated then I can have the best of both world, if you know what I mean, 🙂

@outlander - I know how scared you are. But you can't make time go faster & you have to carry on with doing the things that need doing. Panic is not going to help you; it will only make you worse.
