Lactose free milk, probiotics and prune juice seem to be helping lately. All in moderation tho lol.

Dear @outlander it's my responsibility because iv got tired eyes from the mobile. I was thinking if I stay off the movile for 4 days I'll be set. I'm also reading a book every time I go to bed. Just a very simple nice murder to read.....lol
